Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ADIASQUARE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our") handles information when you use the myDigiCard website, digital visiting cards, dashboards, mobile experiences and related business tools.
1. Information we handle
- Account information such as name, email address, mobile number and authentication data.
- Business-card information, including company details, designation, address, links, products, services, portfolio, images and videos.
- Subscription, invoice and transaction references. Card or banking credentials are processed by the selected payment gateway and are not intended to be stored by myDigiCard.
- Lead, enquiry, appointment, review, support-ticket and Mini CRM information entered by users or their visitors.
- Technical and usage information such as IP-derived security signals, browser/device type, referrer, card views, clicks and feature activity.
- Files uploaded for card content, support, verification or business operations.
2. Public digital-card information
Information published on a digital visiting card is intentionally accessible to people who receive or discover the card link or QR code. Users must publish only information they are authorised to share and should avoid placing confidential or sensitive information on a public card.
3. How information is used
We use information to:
- create and operate accounts, cards, subscriptions and entitled features;
- process payments, invoices, renewals and support requests;
- provide leads, appointments, analytics, Review Growth, posters, QR/NFC and team features;
- send service, security, payment and renewal communications;
- detect abuse, investigate incidents, enforce access controls and maintain audit records;
- improve reliability, usability and performance.
4. Customer-owned WhatsApp and messaging
myDigiCard does not provide platform WhatsApp credits. WhatsApp features must use the customer's own WhatsApp number/account, connected device, or customer-owned WhatsApp Business API credentials. The customer is responsible for consent, approved templates, recipient preferences and compliance with the messaging provider's terms. Credentials must be stored securely and must not be shared between unrelated customers.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by hosting, email, payment, file-storage, analytics, security and customer-selected messaging providers only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the platform, or as part of a lawful business restructuring. We do not sell user personal information to advertisers.
6. Cookies and sessions
Essential cookies and session storage are used for sign-in, security, preferences and core functionality. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should be enabled only with the required notice or consent. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account features from working.
7. Retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide an active account, meet contractual, accounting, security and legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain backups. Retention periods may vary by record type. Deletion requests may be subject to legitimate retention requirements.
8. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, audit logging, environment-based secrets and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their passwords, devices, API credentials and account access.
9. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable requirements, you may request access, correction or deletion of account information, withdraw optional communications, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify identity before completing a request. Public-card data can also be edited or unpublished from the authorised account.
Signed-in users can use the Privacy & Data area to download a structured copy of supported account/workspace data or schedule account deletion. A deletion request first unpublishes public cards and revokes active sessions, then enters a configurable grace period during which the user can sign in and cancel the request. After the grace period, account identifiers and connected-provider secrets are deleted or de-identified by the background privacy process.
Some financial, security, fraud-prevention, backup or audit records may need to be retained for a configured period before final de-identification. Retention settings are operational controls and must be reviewed by the service operator against applicable contractual, accounting and legal requirements; this policy does not claim that any single default duration is appropriate in every jurisdiction or circumstance.
10. Children
The platform is intended for business users and is not designed for independent use by children. Do not create an account or publish a child's information without lawful authority and appropriate safeguards.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised and material changes may be communicated through the website or account notifications.
